Help! Limited DALL-E 3 for free not working, even after the API and Playground outage is supposedly solved

Hi, already know that during the API and Playground outage, I was unable to generate images using the limited DALL-E 3 for free, but the issue is that… still can’t generate images even after the outage is supposedly solved. I would like to generate the following as showed down below in the screenshot (for testing before generating something important), but it either fails saying DALL-E is currently unavailable, or it gets confused attempting to do an advanced data analysis. Even tried in a new chat, but still fails.

Previously, already successfully generated some recently after accidentally discovering the free limited use of DALL-E 3 while trying to ask GPT a thing, but now…

(Forgot to say that the only thing that tells me that it reaches the limit are the erroneous/unwanted attempts to do advanced data analysis, the failed generation attempt of images with DALL-E does not tell me anything yet about it reached limit).

Note that what I want to do, I am NOT proposing to do it for evil, nor to promote extremist ideologies, please.

It appears as though you are trying to generate images of a specific copyrighted character.

This is why your image generations are failing.

It could be happening because you ran out of gpt-4 quota on ChatGPT.

If I generated the character Yukari Yakumo before as a test of correct usage for the first time after accidentally discovering that the function is limited for free, and then the following Gensokyo Recovery Council propaganda poster showing the character Rumia, both without any issue… How it is not working now because it’s copyrighted? Both worked before as said without any issue… (Gensokyo Recovery Council is part of my fictional crossover between Touhou Project and Hearts of Iron IV mod “The New Order: Last Days of Europe”)

Also, I was always using GPT-4o for it, and didn’t ran out yet… Also always waiting when I get new quota to attempt to continue, as the “Touhou” chat I have only admits GPT-4o and above…

Edit: Now it says DALL-E is currently disabled instead of unavailable alongside still confusing with advanced data analysis…

Edit 2: Just checked the status again, and there is this now…

Edit 3: Outage solved, but still doesn’t let me… Was decided to remove the limited version for free users in the aftermath of the outage or something?
