I tried to update my name on the builders profile but there is no option to do it. I have even set up billing and paid $10 but I still can only publish by GPT to only me or with a link. I can not change my name from community builder. Please help

Make sure you logged in If this option is not visible contact customer support. If stuck the community builder request a profile name change through support for desirable updates.
