Help Center article feedback form is disabled for Codex plan article

I’m reporting a UI bug on the OpenAI Help Center page for this article:
Using Codex with your ChatGPT plan

Issue

At the bottom of the article, the “Was this article helpful?” feedback controls do not work correctly.

The thumbs up / thumbs down buttons appear disabled or do not activate, and the “Additional feedback” text box cannot be submitted because the Submit button remains grayed out.

This makes it impossible to send feedback about the article through the page itself.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open this Help Center article:
    https://help.openai.com/en/articles/11369540-using-codex-with-your-chatgpt-plan
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the article.
  3. Try to click thumbs up or thumbs down under “Was this article helpful?”
  4. Try to enter text in the “Additional feedback” box.
  5. Try to submit the feedback.

Actual result

  • The thumbs up / thumbs down buttons do not activate.
  • The Submit button remains grayed out.
  • Feedback cannot be submitted.

Expected result

  • The thumbs up / thumbs down buttons should be selectable.
  • The Submit button should become active after selecting a rating and/or entering feedback.
  • The page should allow users to submit feedback about the article.

Environment

Additional context

I was trying to report a Codex desktop app issue related to microphone dictation and GPT-5.5 intelligence-level selection, but the Help Center article feedback form itself could not be used.
