I have created two agents around december 30/31 and I created another one today 10mins ago. And I have published them as well but for some reason everytime i refresh the page or come back to this URL (https://platform.openai.com/agent-builder). It gives me this error: Error fetching workflows: No version specified and no default or draft version found.
This has been very frustrating as a developer to do the complete rework and then still that new agent disappears. Please HELP!
I have not. I submitted the issue to Open AI. They reached out to me pointing me that i might be logged in to another account/project (which is kind of stupid question to ask to a developer) or try another browser (same issue happens in chrome + safari) and asking for screenshot. I sent them the screenshot as well, a week back, and no response. Guess i will have to take my business elsewhere.
I have the same problem. The issue arises when trying to publish a flow; it ruins the entire project and the flows stop being visible. I tried creating a new project and the same thing happens. I’m worried about losing several flows that have already been created in other projects.
We have the same issue and have had no resolution from @OpenAI_Support for 10 days. All our workflows disappeared—a month’s work gone just like that—and $100 in credits spent building these agents wasted. It’s terrible what they’re doing. This level of poor customer support is the first time I’ve seen from OpenAI.
I have the same issue. Complex workflows with huge instructions just disappeared. don’t know where to start. Disappointing. Do I assume everything is gone and start building another agent from scratch, or this will get fixed??

Hi, there I am also experiencing this issue. I had no issues with existing agents until I decided to create a new one. Then all disappeared from the view once I tried creating a new one… I use this in production, could I get a rough estimate (1 day, 1 week, 1 month, etc) until the bug is fixed please?

I have the same problem. Just to share a temporary solution that is working for me, if I manually navigate to https://platform.openai.com/agent-builder/edit?workflow=<my_workflow_id> then I can get individual workflows to load, so that is worth a shot if you know your workflow ID
