Getting error on agent builder saving "config_escalations_enabled"

getting same error in my projetc and not able to publish agent saying escalation configured but checked in node settings no escalation selected.

hi checked all nodes settings even helloworld is not able to save it is saving config escalations_enabled. i checked all node settings there is no such setting . please help it is paid account.

Maybe a bit more background. I’m unable to even start a preview of a brand new project. The browser shows error 400, response payload is pointing to the same strange escalation thing:

Yeah, can’t even make changes without it not saving my past work right now either. Tried Publishing to save my work and get this weird error.

Wasted 5 hours on this thinking I did something wrong in some of the nodes, turns out it’s a bug :sweat_smile:

That’s weird, but removing the agent after creating a new project and adding a new agent (which is now called “Agent” instead of “My Agent”) is re-enabling the preview. But publishing is still not working.

However, the even chatting is possible again, there is not much working :slight_smile:

Nothing is working, can’t build without progress being shortly lost, can’t save, can’t use prod.
