So I tried previewing the workflow that starts with a Start node and connects to a simple Agent node, which was automatically created by the Agent Builder. Somehow, I couldn’t send any messages to test it — the message box was grayed out and unusable.
I suspected there might be an error in the workflow, so I tried saving it, but then I got the error shown in the screenshot:
“Error saving workflow: Unknown parameter: ‘workflow_definition.nodes[1].config.escalation_enabled’.”
I also tried using all the provided templates, but they all gave me the same error.
After trying to add credits and verify the organization — and still seeing no results — I started to think the issue might be due to an outdated example or node configuration.
So I tried removing the Agent node…
Added an new agent node manually
Finally —-
the chat went through!!!
But the output is nothing and I still get the same error when I tried to save >.<
Ran into this last night around 1 am EDT… Noticed that all the work I did for about 2 hours never saved. Went around in circles for an hour and tried everything. Gave up and went to bed. Figured a bad Friday night deployment happened at OpenAI and team/person went home. Still can’t save or run after trying template workflows that worked. Just tested what recommended–removing agent and adding again. Save and testing works again, but no output. Noticed that models have a org verification in place now.
Thanks for posting this as an error. I tried Agent Builder for the first time this morning and couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. At least I know it isn’t me. I guess I’ll wait for the fix. I’m really surprised that this major of an issue rolled out, and even more so that they haven’t rolled it back.
I am experiencing the same error. Everything that was working smoothly before has now become unusable, as all workflows are encountering similar errors.
