im getting a similar error when trying to build a very basic agent using agent builder ID 79999148-d340-463a-a3a5-c09ce615d637

Different ID, but I’m getting the same message on each agent I attempt to create/preview. Simple 2-step agents and the templated agents are both throwing the same error in preview. Any solutions?
I saw a comment on X regarding the same issue, and the solution suggested was to delete and create a new workflow. However, that hasn’t worked for me so far.
We believe a bulk of the errors relate to running on unverified orgs and we are currently working on a fix to have better error handling here!

I had same issue today. Try to switch your model for Agent from GPT 5 to GPT 5 mini or GPT 4.1 mini, it helped to me. Also organisation verification might fix it.
I’m still experiencing the same issue.
I’ve already verified my organization, and I’ve tested with different models (GPT-5, GPT-5-mini, GPT-4.1-mini). I also recreated the workflow from scratch, but the error persists.
