I can’t find a way to contact someone there so I can actually complain and have them explain the problem of ChatGPT becoming worse and worse every day. I’d like to know if they are addressing this matter and what’s the prognosis for the future.
Chances are you’ll get a human who is only a front end to an A.I.

Ha! I can’t even get a hold of a “front end” person. If you have any advice on how, let me know.
Currently, the only way to contact support is through help.openai.com. They normally get back to you with in two-four weeks.

You can use the feedback buttons under the ChatGPT response whenever you believe the response isn’t upto your standard.
On the android and iOS apps, you can tap and hold on the ChatGPT response and get the same menu.
