Hi everyone,
Although I’m part of a paid GPT Plus workspace I’m experiencing an issue in the browser version: when I click on the model selector, it shows as if I don’t have Plus and I can’t select models at all. Everything works fine on my mobile app, confirming my subscription is active.
I’ve already tried everything I could think of like clearing cookies, deleting all browsing data, signing out completely from Edge, restarting, and logging back in. Nothing works. Has anyone experienced this or found a solution? This has been going on for more than a week. People at work couldn’t figure it out either. Can OpenAI staff help with this?
