None of the ChatGPT Plus features properly work

Hi all,

I’m not sure if I’m the only one facing this problem. Searched web a lot, but none seems to have this issue.

I’ve got a ChatGPT Plus subscription. Still, none of the features, be it usage of GPT-4o, o1-preview, image creation or web search do work at all.

I can tell the former by the quality and speed of the replies.

o1-preview doesn’t work, because it does not think anymore. It just immediately answers.

Can not create images anymore, tells me it can’t do that.

Same for web search; tells me it doesn’t have the ability to do so.

I had the problem fixed few days ago when I just used it from a new browser. Now even that does not work anymore!

Glad for any help, but really, I tried literally anything. Even more confusing that this seems to be an unique problem no one but me is having. The only thing left that I possibly could do is try a completely new OS and network. Hopefully you know a solution to this, other than different OS.

Have you tried Chrome and Firefox? I have issues on firefox with the whole “Got it! Let me know if you want to adjust or add anything else.” but not on Chrome. But that is only with memory. anything involving images doesn’t work.it is so strange. I also have no problems with the android app. However, for me on Chrome, it has no memory issues. But memory issues on firefox and the Windows app. And all of them have Image issues.

Thanks for your input, unfortunately, it does not work on Chrome either. Can’t even tell what the problem is, because this does not make sense at all. Don’t know if it’s about me, or a problem by OpenAI.
