GPT‑5.5 Go redirects to GPT‑5.3 mini for more than 24 hours

Hi,

So unlike the Pro, the Go doesn’t give users the option to have a model picker. As I had register once for 3 months, so far so good. As it ended, I got another one.

And I definately counted, I did not use more than 160 messages to trigger a 3 hour wait. Barely. Cause the mini 5.3 remain stuck till now.

Yet, not long after that, the system silently routes me to GPT‑5.3 mini instead. And after almost 24 hours, it’s still stuck.

I am not sure if anyone has Go is stuck with this, but I tried clearing cache, switch network too and stuff, no such luck.

Has anyone figure out a way to work this around? I tried customer service, but they kept telling me to use the model picker, which again, I reminded them time again that GPT Go doesn’t have a model picker.
