Am I the only one who is signed in as a Plus user but without the ability to access GPT-4? The GPT-4 button at the top has a lock on it. When clicked it says that it is my current plan but still it is unavailable. Is it a bug, too many users, something else…?
It has worked for the last month with no problems until today…

No you are not the only one. Exact same issue happened to me today, not sure if it is cap limit or something else. Have you seen this fixed now?
