Disabled all my extensions and still get the same error.
-$20
This doesnât work for me unfortunately! Disabled deleted my extensions still the same
It hasnât been down a whole day yet though but yeah they should extend a day if we get a day of downtime.
Yeah same here, Been a whole day already
Same issue.
Can confirm this is still an issue, no GPT extensions, same error.
Hi @frozenprakash,
please keep in mind that you are paying for Chat GPT 3, 4 is only an addon as a bonus. However I think a lot of people buying CGPT Plus for GPT4 is also something to be considered.
Unfortunately, either the fix was temporary or a coincidence. I tend to believe the latter Not working again.
I tried disabling all the extensions as well, and I tried it on both chrome as well as edge, to no avail.
I tried running some queries in the browser console as well to see if there are any other active extensions, but none. So back to square one, @openAI, please help
ChatGPT 3 is free. Anyway anyone that purchased ChatGPT Plus after it was announced it would include ChatGPT 4 is paying for ChatGPT 4 because that was what was advertised it includes at the time of purchase.
This is true. But there are a lot of downtimes. Main point of chat Gpt plus is to provide a reliable solution. Can you share where and in what way this was advertised? Were there specific uptimes or unlimited access for GPT 4 mentioned?
If you look into the product description it clearly states that youâll receive general access to ChatGPT, there is not specified that this is for 4. Also the priority access to new features implies that the new features might be not perfect and there is now uptime gurantee mentioned anywhere*. (EDIT: * I for my part have not found anything in this direction)
Absolutely. GPT-4 is part of âPriority access to new features and improvementsâ. It has never been advertised as a finished and stable feature. This is like having access to a video game beta. It is still a beta.
GPT-4 It literally says âTry on ChatGPT Plusâ then if you are not signed up it will prompt you to do so.
"GPT-4 is available on ChatGPT Plus and as an API for developers to build applications and services.:
Youâre still paying for access to it. Itâs not correct to say youâre simply paying for GPT 3 only. More people probably signed up to Plus to access 4 than had previously I would wager.
I checked my subscription management, and my payment history seems to be missing. Am I the only one experiencing this?
My payment history is there. You should contact them about it.
I get the same error message since this morning for GPT4 (Iâm a premium user).
Same. I tried contacting support, but all it does is take you to a robo response where you can report a bug, no idea how to actually talk to a person. Pretty shit support considering I paid for chat+
try to send an email to them?
contact@openai.com, support@openai.com
Had to buy new subscription nothing else worked for me (tried disabling extensions etc)
What do you mean by that? Why would buying a new subscription solve this invalid URL problem?
