GPT-4 Pro (o1 Pro) Extremely Slow Response Times Despite Subscription

Hello,

I am currently subscribed to GPT-4 Pro (o1 Pro) but have been experiencing extremely slow response times. Simple queries, such as greetings, take a minimum of 30–40 seconds, and more complex questions can take several minutes. This happens consistently, regardless of the time of day or the type of request.

I’ve checked my internet connection, and it is stable, so the issue appears to be on the platform’s side. I expected a premium service with faster response times, especially since I am paying for the Pro version.

Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to find a way to formally report this issue through the OpenAI platform. Could anyone help me understand why this is happening or guide me on how to escalate this to OpenAI support?

I’m dealing with the exact same issue and it’s driving me nuts. I simply can’t afford to wait several minutes after each prompt. I’ve tried all recommended solutions, but nothing seems to help. We are definitely not getting what we’re paying for. Perhaps it’s time to look elsewhere for another AI solution.
