As a Plus user, I find GPT’s increasing response times frustrating. My internet and system aren’t the issue—other AI tools like Google Gemini’s free versions respond much faster, which is absurd.
Waiting from 10 seconds to 40 seconds for responses to simple questions using basic models is unacceptable, especially when OpenAI’s status page claims everything is working normally despite the clear performance issues.
Most frustrating of all, GPT tends to become unavailable precisely when I need it most.
