GPT 4 PDF File Uploading Problem

I can’t upload pdf files now. Is there any same problem?

I can use memory of my gpt. It accept pdf file but in main chat API i can’t upload my pdf file. How can i solve?

Unable to upload pdf file in ChatGPT 4.After signing into ChatGPT 4 and attempting to upload a PDF, I keep encountering an error message saying, “Unable to upload pdf file…” This issue persists even though my internet connection is stable, which I infer from my ability to access other sites without interruption. My trials spanned PDFs ranging from 300kB to 3MB, all resulting in the same upload error. I would appreciate assistance in determining the root of this problem. Thank you! [image]

Same here. I can not upload PDF or PPTX, but only images PNG or JEPG.

Same issue, it was working last week, but not now.

I’ve had the same issue for weeks now. Two different browsers, cleared the caches, and the files are only like 150kb each. Would love to know a solution.

The same problem did not work last Wednesday and is still not working. Does somebody know maybe what happened?
