I consistently receive a “Load failed” error message from GPT-4, and this issue has persisted since I subscribed. Is there a solution to this problem? It has been this way even when asking basic questions.

This is my fourth attempt to request the same thing from ChatGPT, and it hung in the middle. !! Load Failed!!!
I, too, keep getting Load Failed errors . It took me a while to realise every time I hit the ‘regenerate’ link to try and kickstart Chatgbt Canvas it actually produces a different version of the document it was processing when I got the Load Failed. I’ve searched on this group but there doesn’t seem to be a fix for it. It happens when I’m in the middle of a project. Anyone been able to establish how to fix this? Thanks.
It just has a mind of it’s own out of 10 questions per day 7-8 failes either with load failed or a beautifull red error
