Same issue here. Although an OpenAI dev confirmed this as a known issue, the service status page insists that everything is OK.
I know that is what irritates me. If I had a timeline at least, I would feel better but almost no acknowledgement. Just ughhhh
And I hope they do it soon because I want my money back if that’s the case

Indeed a small group which is why it went unnoticed, working hard to improve things such that this does not happen in the future.
I think they are changing something. This morning I had “Upgrade to Plus” and NEW sign next to it, (I payed to PLUS ut still on FREE as this topic says)
I entered now, and the NEW sign is not there
