I keep getting “Something went wrong” error after long waiting of no response on GPT-4 model today. The model 3.5 works fine. I tried to switch between devices, using different browser, icognite mode, and using my cell phone internet, all doesn’t work.

I’m just grateful to be acknowledged. I wonder if I’m just in a small group this is happening to? How did it go unnoticed for several days? But, glad to see the acknowledgement!

Indeed a small group which is why it went unnoticed, working hard to improve things such that this does not happen in the future.

I think they are changing something. This morning I had “Upgrade to Plus” and NEW sign next to it, (I payed to PLUS ut still on FREE as this topic says) I entered now, and the NEW sign is not there

Looks like the system health should be improving!

I still have no access to GPT4 in Canada. Am I the only one?

On refresh I now see Some users are reporting errors when using GPT-4. We are actively investigating Also in Canada with Plus.
