I have $5 dollars worth of credits on my open ai account, but every time I try and use gpt 4 turbo I am being prompted with this
As far as I know you could always cancel your billing plan and continue to use your api keys as long as you had credits on your account? Now it’s saying I have to add another initial $5 dollars to start another plan??
I believe you just need an active valid card tied to the account, even if you have $5 in free credits.
I have an active valid credit card on my account. It’s never done this to me before? 
anyone have any suggestions?
