Fraudulent Charge - I was charged $190 without authorization via a hacked account

So yeah! My account had a plus subscription already since I use the AI to help me write code for a few obscure and infamously stubborn programs. But last Wednesday (3/26) my account was upgraded to the Pro plan in the night. I missed the notification for this since it went into my spam.

Low and behold, I log onto my account today and see about ~100 new chats all in Chinese and wow…a pro plan. Since my card was already on file they were able to just go through with the upgrade without needing any sort of verification, like the card’s security code WHICH RANDOMIZES NEAR DAILY. That’s usually my first line of defense against actions like this.

I’ve submitted a ticket with OpenAI (I think?) and I’ve also opened a dispute with my credit card company. But $200 is A LOT for me and I’m wondering if there’s anyway to get in contact with support any sooner to have this refunded to me and my account changed back to Plus ASAP.
