Under “Individual plan”, the form to add a credit card is broken (I tried Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and iPhone). First you select a country. Then you enter the billing address. Then you select a state, and all the info (including country) you just entered disappears. When you re-select the country, the state goes back to default. So you have to select it again, and the country + address disappear again. Impossible to add a credit card.
I’m having the same issue on the set up a payment plan screen!
I can confirm I am also blocked by this issue. Both MacOS and iOS, Safari and Chrome.
