If you’re on iPhone and seeing “Network Error” in ChatGPT, then after logging out/reinstalling you start getting Cloudflare 403 or 504 on login—this fixed it for me.
What I tried first (didn’t work):

switching Wi-Fi / hotspot

reinstalling the app

Safari + private mode

checking IP (worked on other devices)

logging out/in
What actually fixed it:
I had a pending iOS update due to storage space. After installing the update and letting the phone reboot, login worked immediately.
Suggestion:
Before going deep into troubleshooting, check:
Settings → General → Software Update
Install any update (especially security-related), then restart and try again.
Seems like outdated iOS/security components can cause Cloudflare to reject the device during login.
