File search is down third time in last two day. How are we supposed to use this in production. It works on chatgpt but fails in api. Even on openai platform it is failing to get any data from files added to vector store.

@OpenAI_Support Can we get better visiblity atlest when to see when there’s an outage and if it is being worked upon. Also Can we add it the openai status board with uptime so we can decide what we need to do for our prod systems?
