Having ran a support desk for 20+ years, I can say their system could use some improvements to make it easier to submit support tickets or just report an issue. They should have ticket numbers, or email tracking support. Might be old school, but it works.
This is outrageous; I have bought 4o version specifically for Excel creation, and now it has stopped working after two weeks.
At first I could use it to create excel files, but now the program declines to comply with request to create it
GPT is garbage. I would look at other AI solutions.
