this is happening again when trying to upload a pdf file that is only 35mb

Issue is back for me. Can’t upload a 2.5mb PDF or Word Doc. Very frustrating way of hammering how reliant I’ve become on these services.
I am having the same issue with a GPT I created inside ChatGPT to help students with their homework. They need to be able to upload pdfs, but it fails saying either Unknown error occurred' or Failed upload unable to index file’. Any help would be appreciated.
