Raphael, here is the fastest way to turn the payments you have already made into an active Plus plan:
- Verify you are inside the same OpenAI account that was charged.
Sign out on every device, open an incognito/private‑window, and sign back in with the exact e‑mail (or Apple/Google login) shown on your payment receipt. A second account is the most frequent reason a paid user still sees the Free tier. OpenAI Community - Check Plan Status and Invoice History.
