I get this error every time I try to do anything on the platform dashboard. I cannot see my usage, my billing, or create new api keys.

Since this affects usage, billing and API key creation in the platform dashboard, this looks like an account/org permission or role-assignment issue.
I’d suggest contacting OpenAI Support through Help and open a support ticket, because this may need account-level checking.
I added the bug tag “api-usage”, to make it easier for staff or others with similar dashboard issues to find.
