Cant see organizational usage 'error'

Hi,

I have access to the ChatGPT API and wanted to check my usage statistics through OpenAI’s website. However, whenever I visit https://platform.openai.com/usage/activity, I receive a red error message that states:

Could not fetch usage for this organization. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at https://help.openai.com

I’ve tried looking through the help pages, but I couldn’t find a solution. It might just be me, but I also can’t seem to find a way to contact support directly.

Welcome to the community.

If you click on help.openai.com there should be a chat window on the bottom right, I believe. You’ll likely need to send them the org id and other relevant information.
