Exclusive access to deployed Azure OpenAI model instance?

If an Azure subscriber deploys (What is Azure OpenAI? (Preview) - Azure Cognitive Services | Microsoft Learn) an OpenAI Model (say, Davinci) as part of his/her Azure OpenAI Service, will that model instance be available exclusively for that Azure subscription? Or will the same model (Davinci) instance be used for serving other users / enterprises also?

not 100% sure about Azure, but normally when you fine-tune a model with OpenAI, that model is only available to you. The same applies here. If I fine-tune a model, it will show up in the playground in the “model” dropdown (and be available for use through the API), but other users will not see it or have access to it. If anything, I’d expect security to be even stricter if you’re paying for it through Azure.
