If an Azure subscriber fine-tunes (Azure OpenAI REST API reference - Azure OpenAI | Microsoft Learn) an OpenAI Model (say, Code-Cushman) as part of his/her Azure OpenAI Service, will that fine-tuned model instance be available exclusively for that Azure subscription? Or will the same fine-tuned model instance be available for other users / enterprises also?
