My web version has been experiencing the same problem for about 1 hour now
running into same issue right now.
Seems if an account has websocket connection and response from websocket will cause this problem.
I am facing the exact same issue since over a week now.

Thanks to you, I found a temporary solution till they can fix it for good. We’ll be using uBlock Origin for this. In uBlock Origin, go to the “My filters” tab and paste the following line:
||chatgpt.com^$websocket
Then, click “Apply changes” (and verify your own filters are enabled). Refresh the page, and you should no longer be seeing this error message!

uBlock Origin is the culprit.
I don’t think the issue was with uBlock Origin, because i tried disabling it on the site and the issue persist, and i also tried turning off the extension itself from chrome and all other extension, the issue still persist, i tried different browsers, internet, all, the issue was still there, but somehow doing what @mo.s.n.aob.e.lo said solves the problem for some reason, am not a technical guy so i can’t understand why this works but its works for now
After the temporary chat working again towards the end of June, it restarted to fail today after the second reply, with or without uBlock Origin enabled.
The solution suggested above by mo.s.n.aob.e.lo with the custom uBlock filter is fixing the issue client-side.
