same here. I get the error message nearly every time. Only rarely an answer is given. I have to reload to continue. ChatGPT Pro (GPT-4) is unusable for me with this behavior.

Are you using a VPN? May be there could be a correlation

Hello Red… I’m using a VPN but have noticed no direct correlation between using it and having CGPT not work at all.

I understand, but don’t you think it’s ridiculous to have to refresh the page every time you ask a question? A few days ago, we could ask questions without interruption if we had a Plus membership, but now we can’t.

I too am very annoyed with this issue. My account is ChatGPTPlus.I tried every way I could think of. To sum up, the problem is probably related to the device you are using. Because if I log in with the same account on a different PC or phone, this problem does not occur. Does OpenAI identify the device and restrict it in some way, or is there some cause for the device? If it rings a bell, I have upgraded nearly 10 employee accounts to Plus with this device. I contacted the help center and never heard from them.

This is most likely an issue with GPT itself, not our own problem. I have already changed several VPNs, but the same problem still occurs.
