Error saving draft when building a new GPT

Updating schema has never worked for me. Each time I delete it and then recreate it (and then it works)
Concerning x-openai-isConsequential : whatever I do, it keeps asking for validation at each call. Anyone managed to make “Always Allow” working ?

Good point. I will try to remove all but the key files I uploaded to the knowledge base. I guess the other thing to try is combining files together to reduce the total #.

Just asked if there was a file upload limit and GPT Builder said there was.

GPT Builder
The current limitation for file uploads in a single conversation is ten files. This means you can have up to ten documents uploaded and accessible at any given time during our conversation. If you need to reference more than ten files, you would need to remove one of the existing files to make space for a new one.

Still have problems. I don’t know what should I do now. Keep openning the computer and page to wait for it works?

same issue, “Error saving draft” / “unpublished changes”.
Location Japan
I refreshed once and I cannot tell if it remembers the previous behaviors I tried to teach it.

me too, I guess something must have gone wrong ^^

it would be nice to have more visibility on what’s going on.

I assume it’s server side.

Still seeing Unpublished changes and looks like my adjustments under Create are gone after refreshing the page :joy:

I have the same issue. Error saving draft. Working from Denmark.
This is very frustrating. I just subscribed to ChatGPT to utilize the new GPT builder function and nothing seems to be working.
What is the latest official statement from Open AI regarding this problem?

I’ve been receiving the same error as well when uploading PDFs to the GPT builder. Error saving draft. It’s quite annoying honestly. I get the same error irrespective of the file size. This has been happening since 10pm CST last night. It’s been about 9 hours now, same error.

It seems that the error is raised from file 11 and further. Is this a hard limitation set by ChatGPT?

Guys, there is no need to panic!
Instead of uploading the files in the ‘Configure’ section, simple attach the file in the ‘message’ section, and enter text “Please use the information included in this file when answering queries.”

ChatGPT will provide a summary of the file, and then it will reply: “This information is now incorporated into my guidance for any related B2B marketing strategy inquiries.”

I have been able to upload more than 20 files this way. Let’s go!

I had this issue with every one of my browsers except for Chrome! I use Chrome to upload files until they fix it. Hope this helps!

I’ve been uploading pdf for Knowledge for the last day and what I found out is that if I try to upload a big .pdf file (more than 10MB) I get this error message.
What solved the problem is i minimized the size of the pdf that were above 10MB and…problem solved.
Nevertheless, I’m allowed to upload only up to 10 pdfs.

It seems to be related to their server load both from organic users and DDOSing. So, reducing file size makes sense. Anything that requires the server to do a lot of work could trip it up at the moment if it is indeed the servers.

Still can’t save a new instruction set at this time :c

I uploaded a 2.4MB PDF file but failed.
I just realized that only 10 PDF files could be uploaded to your customized GPT.

I’m stuck, I can’t upload a text file of 5mb. I receive this error: This file contains too much text content. Please try again with a smaller file.

Same issue here, this is happening often with some pdf’s

Yeah, that’s what I was just figuring out. 10 documents seems to be the limit.

Two questions:

How can I get my custom GPT to use data from a specific website?

Is there a limit to the number of files I can upload for my knowledge base? I am up to 12, but keep getting this same save error, so it’s hard to really know and the documentation doesn’t say.
