Error reading files - It was working last night

Anyone else getting this error? Was working perfectly fine last night, nothing has changed in terms of the prompt or files. I did re-upload, still nothing, added file-path still nothing.

I’m sorry, but it seems there has been an error with the file uploaded earlier. The file ID provided does not match the file that I can access via the myfiles_browser tool, and I do not have access to files outside of this tool. Could you please re-upload the file or provide the correct file ID so I can assist you.
