Quota exceeded on first try?

Hello, I’m trying your API for the first time and I’m getting “Error code: 429 - {‘error’: {‘message’: 'You exceeded your current quota” etc. My input message is 3172 tokens long, I’ve got 5$ free, using gpt-3.5-turbo, I am under the bar of 16,385 tokens per request, under the 3 requests per minutes… I don’t get it ?
