Error at VPN accessing chat.openai.com

I was using windscribe VPN tring to access to chat.openqi.com but it seems that they’ve banned the IP of my VPN just today (It was accessable yesterday.)

I can’t access to chat.openai.com in my region and I must need a VPN to access to chatGPT, please fix this. I haven’t done anything on that VPN. what should I do？
