We’ve been trying to get access to data residency functionality for the last six months in order to move forward with projects in the EU. We’ve counter-signed the DPA provided and was told we were in the queue to have it enabled, but we’ve reached out 5-6 times and gotten no replies from support or anyone from OpenAI on what’s happening, or if there are other requirements.
Has anyone recently gotten this enabled, or know who to contact to actually talk to a person? At this point it might make sense to look at Anthropic’s offerings or other providers.
