Email on suspicious activity on your account (Error)

I am writing to appeal the cancellation of my ChatGPT Plus subscription. I was surprised and disappointed to receive the email informing me that my subscription had been canceled due to suspicious activity on my account.
I want to assure you that I did not engage in any fraudulent activity on my account. I have been using ChatGPT Plus to help me develop applications, and I believe that my use of the platform has been entirely legitimate.
I understand that you take fraud prevention seriously, and I appreciate your efforts to keep the platform safe and secure for all users. However, I believe that this action has been taken in error, and I would like to request that my account be reinstated.
