Yesterday I received an email saying that my account has been deleted because I did not verify my age within 60 days from the subscription due to legal requirements in Italy.
The email was sent from noreply@tm.openai.com, my account is still working correctly and I subscribed 5 months ago. Plus, I can’t find any banner or button to click in order to verify my age. What should I do?
