The unstable GPT has caused our PLUS users to be unable to use it properly. Does the official have a corresponding compensation time?

They do not compensate people for downtime if that’s what your asking. Unless you have GPT enterprise, in which case I’d have no clue.

This is a very irresponsible approach. Should give users some compensation or coupons
