Dynamic custom GPT updates

Please consider making it possible to update the custom GPT instructions without needing to start a new chat.

At the moment when updating something after finding a deficiency in my GPT, I have to start a new chat every time - a message “New version of GPT available - Continue chatting to use the old version, or start a new chat for the latest version.” appears. I’m not sure if that’s due to some technical difficulty with updating the GPT in place, or a deliberate design choice, but this behavior is inconvenient for me because I have to archive a chat every time I want to edit the instruction, which has already lead to a clutter in my chats. And having everything in one chat would be far easier for me than having to search thru a multitude of them when I want some specific information later.

Same here,
Actually, these “versions updates” contradicts with the main value of a “smart GPT” which is it’s ability to consider “CONTEXT” when chatting with it.

I always have to let my custom gpt to ask me 20 questions with multiple choices in order to pick up the context, along with attached file containing previous long chat.
