All my custom GPTs and even basic GPT 4o lost the ability to create download links. Instead only a code interpreter arrow appears, which can be clicked, but does no initiate the download (obviously).

I am also having this same issue and it started a couple of hours back for me. I looked all around the web and tried all the troubleshooting routes. This being a major problem (I think) for most of the people who are using pro edition for document up/downloading, the devs will hopefully solve the issue quickly.
