I am having the exact same issue, and my DNS is Cloudflare too.
Same issue. Think this is pretty common (and quite frustrating!)
It’s been almost 2 weeks now. Still no reply from support. As a dev, this doesn’t look like something hard to fix. Especially with AI. Not sure what’s taking them so long.

I had a bad experience with OpenAI support. In their response, they didn’t address this bug at all. They just sent me some generic template texts.
@DysTopia If I were you, I’d write to support, maybe you’ll have better luck than I did.
@PaulBellow Do you know the email addresses of anyone at OpenAI who can fix this bug?
