The new “Follow Up” prompt suggestions that appear after each response are disruptive and uninvited. They clutter the interface and interrupt flow—especially for advanced users who already know how to guide a conversation. Please provide an option to disable or customize this feature. Many of us value a clean, distraction-free dialogue environment. This change degrades the experience, not improves it.
Thank you for listening.

Hi, welcome to the community!
Turn off it on Settings.
Ahh, thank you. That’s a relief.

Ah. Does anyone know if there’s also a way to disable this on the mobile app?
I disabled it on my computer, but it’s still appearing on my mobile, and I don’t see a comparable toggle in settings.
I hope there is one. If there’s not, there needs to be.

On iPhone:
- Click on your profile icon
- On Settings page Scroll Down
I don’t have Android, IDK how it looks.
Hmmm, yes I’m on Android.
Not seeing an option.

Was your original post referring to when ChatGPT appends a question to the response, suggesting new ways to go down a line of questioning? Or was there some other kind of explicit UI element that appears to show Follow Up suggestions? Because if we’re talking about the former, disabling the setting has not changed its behavior and eliminated these follow-up questions for me.
Yes @slhodak, that’s the same problem I’m talking about.
I was able to eliminate them via my web browser - but as far as the mobile app goes, they still appear, and are highly annoying.
I am having the same issue on Android and it’s driving me insane.
