When DeepResearch finalises its research and it was asked to generate an Excel, Document, etc. in the prompt, it returns the usual DeepResearch paper (which I can seamlessly download as pdf, word or Markdown), while the Excel or the required formatted Document has to be accessed through a link by left-clicking on “Download the article in PDF” or “Download the Excel sheet” text that is located inside DeepResearch paper, usually in the introduction. When I press on any of them, I get to a white screen in my browser that never loads whose link is the same as my chatgpt web version. If I open it in a new tab, it shows the following link (see image). I usually use Firefox and have the Pro version. I used in this case GPT6.0, but I encountered the issue also with other models. Has anybody encountered this issue and found a solution for it? I tried to use a different browser, clean the cache, move the chat outside the project, but none of them solved the issue.

@EricGT Thank you very much. Sadly I cannot find any related matter on the search function of the forum when typing DeepSearch. Furthermore, all 22 topics arisen were 2025 and handled other errors related to the plugin. Related topics also did not provide me any response. If you are aware of any chat that handles the topic since it is a transversal error to other plugins (which I am not aware of), I would appreciate if you could provide the link. Nonetheless, I will keep looking/waiting for the response.
