Custom GPT still requires GPT Plus Access

Hi all,

while it is really exciting to learn about the custom GPT expanded access, I still found apps in the GPT store (e.g., Dall-E) still requires signup or GPT Plus information. Could anyone share with a more exact timeline when custom GPTs are rolling out to all?

I too am confused about whether the store will be available free. Despite what was said in the announcement, there is no reference to it in the openAI documentation. What is the actual status openAI?
