Hi all! I saw one or two posts related to this topic but they were from more than a year ago, and things have changed.
Right now the only information I have access to is approximately how many chat interactions have occurred (and even that is shown only as a threshold).
How are you all working around this issue without external solutions? Or is that not possible? I’m thinking of incorporating a user feedback prompt as a way to invite users to a survey. I tried including instructions in my system message, but then realized anything related to time (like after 5 minutes of use or 5 interactions) doesn’t get triggered since the chat sessions are stateless.
Also, any updates on when or if the Analytics Dashboard might be available to Plus users?
