I have lot credit grants available that are not expired, but I am not able to use them?
Can anyone please help me out ?

Why can’t you use them, did you try the playground ? Did it give you some kind of error?
It will give me an insufficient credit error.
Well if you are sure they are not expired (you can check here), you may open a support ticket on icon at the bottom right on this page.
As this is mainly a forum for developers, there is no guarantee that a support staff will give a reply here (sometimes they do, but mostly only when there is some sort of mass issue).
Sometimes people report that it gets solved by charging a minimum additional amount like $5, but that’s undocumented and not a certain solution.
