When I try to refresh the image of my GPT, which I created a long time ago, I get the following error. Does anyone know the reason and solution for this?
Error: “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”
How long exactly is
a long time ago
It might be that OpenAI updated their serverside code so that images from a long time ago were created using a different infrastructure and that infrastructure might not work anymore.
Can’t you just download or copy the image and re-input it?

I had set up this GPT in March, but I also made updates. I think I need to specify the stage where I’m encountering the error more clearly. When I ask it to create an image using DALL-E, it gives the error.
